When you submit a form on this website we collect:
- your name and phone number (required);
- optionally, an email address, a parent or guardian name, your class and the stream you are interested in;
- the form you used, the page you were on and campaign information from the link you arrived through;
- on the grievance form: your name, mobile number, optional email, the campus it concerns, what you write, and whether you asked for it to be kept confidential;
- on the media request form: your name, organisation, email, optional phone number and your request.
Some forms ask you to verify your phone number with a one-time code sent to it.
